How do I find my size?

Most of our pieces fit true to size. Each product page has a size chart just below the title. Still unsure? Reach out to us — we’ll help you lock in the right fit.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.

Is shipping free?

Yes — orders over $120 ship worldwide for free.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. We deliver worldwide. Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Every piece is made fresh for you.

  • Hoodies & T-shirts: ~2 days to produce

  • Denim & washed styles: ~3–4 days

  • Transit time: 5–10 business days

Average delivery = 7–12 days total. Real gear takes real time.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email.

How do I care for my KIU pieces?

  • Wash in cold on gentle/hand wash cycle

  • Turn items inside out before washing

  • Air dry only — no tumble

What’s your return policy?

All sales are final — no refunds. Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days for unworn, unused items with tags still attached. Mystery Boxes are always final sale.

What if my item is defective?

Email us at connect@keepituniversal.com. We’ll replace it.

Are your products restocked?

No restocks. Every drop is limited edition — once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Are your products unisex?

Yes — our designs are made for everyone.
