Every piece is produced when you order — not pulled from warehouse inventory.

U.S. & Worldwide
Free on orders over $120.

Orders are delivered in branded protective packaging with additional materials to ensure safe arrival.

Please note: Mystery Boxes are not shipped in rigid presentation gift boxes. The focus is on the garments inside.

• Standard T-Shirts & Hoodies: ~2 business days
• Washed Styles & Denim: ~3–4 business days

Processing times may extend during peak seasons, sales, or holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Estimated 5–10 business days depending on destination.

7–12 business days from order date.

Orders under $120 are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Limited-time promotions may override standard shipping rates.

We ship worldwide.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged at delivery.

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping timelines are managed by the carrier.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:

• Check with neighbors
• Contact your local post office
• Contact the carrier directly

While KIU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Shipping addresses may be updated within 24 hours of order placement.

Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
