We accept exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery for unworn items.

  • Tags attached & original packaging

  • Request made within 7 days of delivery

  • Mystery Boxes (always final sale)

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

Defects
If your piece shows a defect, email connect@keepituniversal.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll repair, replace, or issue store credit. Shipping is covered for approved defects.

Shipping costs

  • Customer covers return shipping on exchanges.

  • Original shipping is non-refundable.

  • Use a trackable service — we can’t replace what we don’t receive.

How to start an exchange
Email connect@keepituniversal.com with your order number and item. We’ll reply with instructions and an RMA. Once received, we inspect within 2–3 business days, then issue store credit or send the exchange.
