All releases are limited and final sale.
We do not offer refunds.
We offer free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Store credit exchanges are also available within 14 days.
ELIGIBILITY
Items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Tags attached with original packaging included
• Requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery
FREE SIZE EXCHANGES
We cover standard shipping on approved size exchanges within 14 days.
Items must meet eligibility requirements.
Exchanges are subject to size availability.
STORE CREDIT
If you prefer store credit instead of a size exchange:
• Customer covers return shipping
• Original shipping is non-refundable
Store credit is issued once the item is received and inspected.
NOT ELIGIBLE
• Mystery Boxes (always final sale— no returns or exchanges)
• Sale or discounted items
• Worn, washed, or damaged items
DEFECTS
If your item arrives with a defect, email connect@keepituniversal.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Approved defects will be repaired, replaced, or issued store credit.
Shipping is covered for verified defects.
HOW TO START
Email connect@keepituniversal.com with:
• Order number
• Item name
• Requested size (if exchanging)
We will reply with return instructions and an RMA.
Once received, items are inspected within 2–3 business days and processed.
