CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

To request a cancellation, email:

Include your order number in the subject line.

If your order has already entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

All items are produced upon order.

Because production begins quickly, cancellation requests made after 24 hours are not guaranteed.

Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

If your order has shipped:

• It cannot be canceled
• Delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for eligibility after delivery.

Limited releases and marked final sale items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
